Moving Into Music Principal, Lauris Hing writes to students, families and friends:
“We hope that the summer break has served its purpose bringing happy and relaxing times to you and your family.

We look forward to a new year of music in 2023. The staff of Moving Into Music are set to go … ready to bring you new learning opportunities, fresh inspiration and further development of your music skills. For many of our students the aim is for music as recreation. For others, who want the challenge of goal-setting and tangible achievement through studying for exams be assured, our teachers are well qualified and experienced in preparing and presenting students on this pathway: for piano & keyboard, guitar (acoustic, electric, bass), drums and percussion as well as theory and musicianship. We can offer assessment through contemporary examination systems across all grades from elementary to advanced studies. Examination can be taken with a range of local systems or international systems that are easily accessible and highly transportable for students who live or may move to live overseas. Take the opportunity to discuss these options when you begin lessons this year.
